October 29, 2022 I am a retail investor. I want to see daily reporting of large swap positions which attempt to obfuscate large short positions that get rolled over ad infinitum and never closed. The CFTC has and continues to repeatedly protect their criminal members by issuing \"no action\" updates for swap reporting rules which simply kick the can on trillions of dollars of liabilities in derivatives. This is unacceptable and poses a systemic risk to the US and Global economy. This cannot be allowed to continue for securities which fall under SEC remit. When the securities markets blow up some time in the next 12 months, I will NEVER EVER invest in the securities market again until those responsible are jailed, strong regulatory oversight is enacted, properly funded and transactions in the US securities markets are available le on blockchain for everyone to see.
