October 12, 2022 I absolutely support this proposal. There is a desperate need for transparency in the market. Transparency not only allows for less fraud, but it helps smaller investors make educated decisions on an equal footing with everyone else. Information is not equal in today's market. Bad actors use this to their advantage to get their way. There is a huge public interest in insuring that these firms are dealing in good faith and above the table. I am an individual investor, and I urge the SEC to pass this. Thank you.
