October 12, 2022 I would like to voice support for the proposals in this rule which will prohibit fraud and deception in the financial markets, frankly the fact this rule has not been passed already should be an embarrassment. I feel this proposal will prevent undue influence over compliance officers and should help in reporting swap positions that were inexplicably recently hidden for 2 years without substantial reason, as far as I was concerned. In short, these proposals should help make things more fair and I am in support of that. Thank you for listening.
