As a \"Retail\" investor identified by the SEC in their recent video it seems likely that the information provided by the 15 minute rule would be way too complicated for my comprehension as suggested by the video paid for by the SEC. As such, I think it would be fine to release ANY information on trading in real time or at 15 minute intervals and to require the reporting of such trades. Sincerely, A \"Retail\" Investor
