SEC, Fraud, manipulation, and deception should be kept out of our markets. Any and every person should be able to invest in something they believe in, without concern for bad actors plundering the pockets of all that enter. To hear 90 - 95% of all orders go through Darkpools is more than appalling. That means the chart any 'broker' presents shows only 5-10% of what the market is actually doing. How can anyone confidently invest anywhere with this kind of activity happening? Commissioners, please implement the rules necessary for true, fair markets.
