Dear SEC,
 
Thank you for putting this proposed rule together. I’m beyond excited to learn that you guys are taking steps to finally put a serious crack-down on the financial terrorists that continue to harm the wellbeing of retail, our nation, and global markets with their practices that have been left unchecked for countless years. I look forward to seeing this proposal fast-tracked and approved in the near future.
