I would formally like to applaud the bravery and steadfast action of the Commission to re- propose rule 9j-1, even if it is over 11 years past due. I would further like to elucidate my support for 9j-1. This rule is common sense architecture, once you consider that this rule effectively mitigates the fraud that caused both the 2008 financial crisis, as well as the current crisis we are in. Having this rule in place will do great things to protect the American people as well as the broader financial markets that span the globe. I urge the Commission to adopt rule 9j-1. V/r, Cullin Coyle
