I am strongly in support of proposal s7-32-10, as it state in its title it is an anti fraud measure and I almost need not say more. I will however add that if I as an individual feel like I am rolling the dice with who I bank with today for several reasons. For example if there is a bank that institution that has taken on large swap position I feel a need to know about it so I can assess the risk of default.
