There is absolutely no argument that justifies the continued obfuscation of Security-Based Swap Positions, especially after the role of Swaps in precipitating the 2008 Financial Crisis. Leaving this sector of our market without tighter regulations exposes the global economy to another collapse. This is a no-brainer. More regulation and publicizing of data is need to stop financial crimes.
