Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,
I write as a growing segment of the public that has become increasing concerned with the dangers to the financial system as a result of large security-based swap positions, I want to commend the SEC for putting forth this rule. Without transparency there is no hope of ensuring that markets will be fair, efficient, or legitimate for those that wish to participate.
