This is real important that you understand me. Many people are outraged that your agency is attempting to take power over assets that should be managed with new legislation. Gary Gensler should resign or be fired. Digital assets are different than securities, you can't burn a stock to run compute on a network. You seem to be trying to hurt and control us rather than protecting.
