I am a retail investor, and I enthusiastically support this proposal. I believe enacting this rule will help to create more fair and equitable markets. It allows all parties who engage in our financial markets more information and more transparency. Having better informed investors will only benefit our markets and help those involved better understand the landscape and potential risks.
I humbly request this proposal's approval be expedited, so that investors have vital information that should be available to them as soon as possible. It is my belief that this rule is vital not only in making our markets more equitable but also safer for investors and for a the market itself.
