The laws and enforcement need to be strong enough to deter. Fines that are not commensurate to the money gained by cheating are simply the cost of doing business.
The public is losing faith in the sense of fair play in our country. It appears the laws only pertain to the little guy, the super rich and the mega corporations skate by.
It is past time that the rule of law be enforced, and punishment be swift and actually punitive.
