Please do something to help retail in any way in this severely broken market. Everyday we watch vast amounts of trades go to the dark pools. We watch hedge funds and market makers pay paltry fines for egregious violations, many times not even having to admit fault. We watch pump and dumps, short and distorts, smear campaigns, spoofing, wash sales, banging the close, ETF abuse, etc. I have so little faith that things will ever change but I sure hope they do. At least this proposed rule will shed some light in the darkness that is swaps and hidden hedge fund activities.
