I'm all for transparency across the board, the world is watching more than ever now. What we (retail) lack or do not have proper access to is information,transparency and a FAIR MARKET. I believe that if the SEC has retails back and truly believes in a true fair LIT market. Will you do what you propose to do? Time will tell as it always does.
The majority believes that the rules in place are only to protect the profits of the \"big players\" and other market participants in many forms. Restructure for a more clear and precise rules along with TRUE regulation.
