Transparency and protection of an actual FREE MARKET are needed. Manipulation needs to stop. Fraud needs to stop. Companies and retail investors should feel confident and comfortable in where they are putting their money and an actual FREE MARKET needs to be enforced. The current market is pay to win, with essentially those at the top (Market Makers, Hedge Funds, those with the biggest connections and pockets) enjoying the use algorithms, special rules, loopholes etc.. that don't apply to the common investor/trader. I support any rule that increases transparency and cuts down on the mechanisms those who look to avoid accountability use.
