Hello, I am from Belgium and I am a retail investor.
I am really concern by the situation of the US stock market. Day after day I am more and more aware of all the shenanigans.
And if by any chance this new rules would be enforce and really applied, it could make a difference. But I am not naive and I know how corrupt your financial system is.
