I support this and any other rule that will help to end the corruption that is so prevalent in our financial markets including but not limited to : abusive naked short selling, PFOF, front-running trades, existence and use of dark pools, insider trading, lack of transparency, lack of timely or accurate reporting, lack of sufficient sanctions to any of these behaviors, etc.
