It is about time the SEC puts it foot down on the obvious corruption and collusion among large financial institutions in the United States. As a young retail investor, this past year has opened my eyes to grotesque fraud plaguing financial markets not just in the U.S., but also around the world. The derivatives market has become an unregulated disaster fueled by greed that defrauds everyday Americans and enriches Wall Street elites. Where is the data transparency? Where is the justice? Will the SEC finally stand up for the rights of millions of defrauded investors or merely issue fines to these corrupt Anti-American institutions for what they view as pocket change?
