As an international individual investor with 20+ years of experience of investing in the US financial markets, I appreciate the opportunity to comment on this proposal.
I am fully supportive to this important proposal to better regulate the use the complex financial instruments such as SWAPs. These instruments may pose a major financial risk to both US and international markets, as we have learned in the Archegos Capital Mgmt case.
In short, I support the proposal.
