Over the last several years, it has become clear that the market makers are actually market manipulators, who take small investor money and then risk it on wild speculative gambles, playing god with companies through investment and shorting, and keeping their public profiles spotless as they do all this in their own \"dark pools.\" This needs to end and I believe this new rule is an excellent step in the right direction.
I'm just a small investor, but I FULLY SUPPORT this new rule change.
