It is imperative that our markets reclaim and retain its liberty in conjunction to its transparency. There are no exceptions nor greater efforts to be made in ever endeavouring to enhancing those said paramount fundamentals. Whist its reassuring objectives are made towards those goals, I believe that more needs to be done in order for it to be realised, hence why its a necessity for the fruition of this new rule, and more to come.
