This rule has my full support, as well as many others I have talked to. There is no reason why anyone would not support this rule, it quite literally will help prevent fraud and manipulation. I wish these things could go into effect sooner, but I understand it is a process and these things do take time. Thank you SEC for your work in helping create a more fair market for all. I truly hope we will gain more transparency in the markets, for all investors, in the near future.
