This proposal will provide many retail investors the tools and transparency needed to make educated judgement. Dark Pools, SBS abuse, Nefarious acts, and institutional tool abuse has created an unfair, enslaved market. I'm not a professional but the knowledge I have as a slightly above average retail over the years shows me that the market has been disconnected from real life. This disconnect comes from derivatives, Dark pools, and MSM that creates risk in plumbing. This proposal is a great step forward to bringing the dark market into the lit exchanges. I'm beyond ecstatic for the proposal to go through.
