It is so frustrating to see that our financial markets are completely manipulate. How can we expect a fair market when politicians and the 1% run a self regulated market and they pay minimal fines for breaking rules after profiting so much more. PLEASE for the sake of American's and international investors do something. If you continue to allow the hedge funds and wall street to regulate themselves and self report data then we will continue to have market crashes. It is pretty annoying you even have to ask the public if we care about such an important topic. OF COURSE WE WANT YOU TO ENFORCE THE RULES AND FIGHT INVESTIGATE ANY AND ALL FRAUD AND MANIPULATION So many lives have been ruined and so many more will be until you take action. No more bail outs
