I support the proposed rule change. A free and fair market requires transparency, but many options still exist that allow some market participants to circumvent public reporting, thus creating an imbalance for ALL participants. This rule intends to address this imbalance with an increase on reporting requirements. My hope is that this will provide a foundation for more rules so that eventually all market participants share identical data and information.
