I support a Prohibition Against Fraud, Manipulation, or Deception in Connection with Security-Based Swaps. The current financial industry cannot seem to help themselves from profiting via market manipulation (and corruption). I really do hope these first steps make a meaningful difference as the faith in the future of fair markets for retail.
