I am an individual investor from France and was following the recent highlighted naked short selling activity some hedgefund/marketmaker has engaged since many years.
It is very concerning and hopefully you will be able to address this problem, fix all the loopholes and enforce the law. This will restore Europeans investor' confidence and trust toward US securities and market.
