I believe the SEC should absolutely enforce more rules, like S7-32-10, to control the security based swaps that contribute to instability in the markets. The overall abuse of such financial instruments contributes to increased volatility and unnecessary leverage that can destabilize the integrity of the financial markets. For the sake of my investments and those of millions of hardworking Americans, please pass this rule to prevent further irresponsibility.
