Hello I would just like to say that I am in favor of cracking down on the large security-based swapping that exists today in our markets. While this is just one of the many problems that do exist in my opinion (dark pools, naked shorting, etc), it is awesome to see a regulator stepping in and helping the individual / layman side.
I do hope this leads into being monumental step into having a more transparent, fair, and free market.
