It is so discouraging as a retail investor to have the markets manipulated. After working hard to earn money each month I have very little to invest. When I do invest, knowing that the odds are not only favored, but manipulated by others discourages me from even wanting to put my money in the market. If America wants others to invest in their markets and help our economy we need a fair and balanced market. We not only need rules, but we need enforcement of those rules and repercussions.
