As a young retail investor I do not currently feel like my future is secure given the opacity in the market. We are directed to invest in our 401ks and IRAs to prepare for retirement in lieu of a Pension but the more I watch the market, the less comfortable I feel with having my future reliant on these firms doing the right thing. I want transparency, speed and fairness in the market so that individuals have an equal opportunity regardless of their career choices or affiliations.
