As a retail trader who values the importance of a fair and free market, I fully support this proposal. This is long overdue, and I hope the SEC enforces these rules with actual reprecussions and not slap on the wrist fines, which are absurd and misproportioned to the ill-gotten gains of the actual crime committed.
