I am commenting in support of this initiative. The market is losing the publics trusts and organizations who can manipulate stock pricing and use artificial shares to make the trades they want quicker and easier only cause more issues and do not represent a true free and fair market. We enact as much regulation as possible to slow down trades and make them completely accurate. I believe this investigation is the first step in that process.
