As a retail investor (with computershare), I believe markets can never be too transparent, I believe we need to level the playing field and make investing a fair and transparent place for all players (big and small).
90-95% of orders going through dark markets is not fair and should be addressed as urgently as possible.
institution or individuals responsible for fraud and price manipulation should be held responsible and pay a fine larger than the gain for the manipulation (or else it's a fee of doing corruption) no matter the consequences of fixing this, because if we don't hold them responsible, we're shifting that responsibility and the losses to the others, which is even more unfair.
please stop this corruption and this price manipulation and make markets fair again.
