In order to re-establish the trust in the US Financial Markets and WallStreet these rules are mandatory.
As a non-US citizen I have gained unleveled insight into the blatant market maniulation and short-sales of US bonds and stocks that has made me so angry with the US financial system. Right now I have no faith into this system and has the believe that I will NEVER enter into this manipulated market ever again - with this level of corruption and market manipulation - cheeting retail investors thier money out of the pockets is shameless. So make these rules or loose retail from abroad...
