Hello I just wanted to say that I support this rule change. Hedge funds have acted against the interest of average Americans for far too long. My hope is that this rule change will bring to light at least SOME of their corrupt practices and create a more free and fair marketplace for all. Transparency is how we will expose the fraud within the system. Thank you for taking this important first step
