This is a fantastic idea. Please enact and enforce immediately. Free markets need to be protected from people who act in bad faith. Legislators and financial groups have used dark money and manipulation through dark pools to grift me my whole life. This has destroyed any faith in government systems financial or otherwise I am absolutely certain I will die destitute and in pain if no one steps up and cleans up this free market.
