The action to be taken here is obvious and self explanatory. Unless the financial market is seriously investigated and restructured, retail have no place in the market. If retail have no place there is no foundation to the market itself. More needs to be done to support \"salt of the earth\" investors instead of allowing entities that are founded to protect retail investors to be willingly leveraged by large financial institutions.
