I am a retail investor who finally is at an age where I am able to invest in the markets outside of a company 401k. I am providing comments on this rule but I am also confused on how this even needs to become a rule. Are there not laws that prevent Frau, Manipulation, Deception already? Its 2022 and you are just not considering rules to limit these practices that are criminal in nature. PLEASE pass this rule into action and ENFORCE IT. We are about to experience a second global meltdown of the economy because slowly overtime people were asleep at the post or were bought out. The corruption is at an unprecedented level. If rules like this don't get enforced you will loose generations of investors because I cannot trust my money to the current stock market. Retail will stand behind you
