I strongly support the rules that protect against fraud and corruption. In fact, I dont understand how these rules are not already in place.
As for swaps, I dont understand them well enough to make a comment that directly relates to them, although I do believe that any rules to increase transparency can only be a good thing. More transparency will act as a deterrent against fraud for institutions and individuals.
