As a Retail Investor I need protections. No more payment for order flow, naked shorting, FTDs, \"forgetting to mark shorts, and accidentally marking them long,\" market markets should be gone, the DTCC is complicit, and many other things I have forgotten. That's a lot to start with. Fix it. Thank you.
