The law in use today in 2022 was designed before social media existed.
Social media has progressed from nothing to a dominate force in the world with (compared to the financial sector) ZERO financial funding.
During this time the Financial sector has spent trillions over the decades discovering, designing, implementing(with donation influence) every possible way to exploit the loopholes that exist in this ancient outdated set of financial laws.

COMPLIANCE officers should be monitored/held responsible for matters of FRAUD AND MANIPULATION.
It's suppose to be their entire job. Instead the only thing compliance officers provide are well crafted legal loopholes for the criminal enterprise.
