Right now the market is clearly fraudulent (so many ways to hide short interest, even the fact something can be shorted way over 100% should be marked as criminal, although i am in no doubt the market makers would self mark it as legal just like the shorts marked as longs)
As an internationl investor this is not the free and open market that Amercia is supposed to represent
Anything that brings transparancy to the markets is a good thing.
Despite what the Marketmakers and Hedgefunds may say, they are clearly protecting their own interests(IE taking retail to the cleaners)
For just once in the history of the SEC, do the right thing, protect the people
