This is a no brainer. Nobody should be allowed to operate in secrecy with this much money in play. We need transparency in order to make sure everyone plays by the rules. Market manipulation by swaps should be a thing of the past. Detailed reporting is needed asap. Heavy fines for those that break the rules (not 5% of unfair gains), any unfair gains should be taken back COMPLETELY. Maybe a way to Completely remove the party at fault from trading again.
