As a retail investor, I hope that one day America can have an actual free and competitive market, similar to what we are taught in school as children. However, as an adult you see the lies that are told to children and you realize that Americas financial market is not free nor is it competitive.
The proposals within S7-32-10 specifically the re-proposed Rule 9j-1, proposed Rule 15Fh-4(c), and proposed Rule 10B-1 are, in my beliefs, are a step in the right direction in helping Americas financial system become more open and transparent.
I support S7-32-10.
