Hello- as a concerned retail investor I am pleased to see rules proposed to regulate reporting of Security Based Swaps. As they say, a pound of prevention is worth an ounce of cure. If large players in the markets are forced to be transparent with their extremely risky bets, perhaps this will lead to less risk being taken on in the market, and in the end this will be better for the average persons 401k. Thank you Gary Gensler and SEC et al for investigating bad actors and proposing solutions Please approve this rule.
