I am voicing my support for the prohibition of fraud in connection with security based swaps.
Swaps that are not visible to the public allow for leveraged movement of money that has undue influence over the stock market. This can result in average investors and those who have retirement plans being hurt. I stand in support for markets that are free, fair, competitive, and TRANSPARENT. Please ensure this through healthy regulation and ensure transparent markets.
