Hello SEC,
I believe that the current framework of independently organized private entities policing the world of securities and other financial implements serves only to reach the goals of the wealthy elite with absolutely zero regard to the working class. These independent entities have colluded together on multiple occasions to ensure that the free market serves only those wealthy enough to influence rulings.
Time and time again have these independent organizations moved the goal post away from a failure and towards a net gain for the wealthy elite. Zero disclosure policies on short positions, removal of the need to report any swab based positions, allowing market makers to act as market makers, hedge funds, and financial media has ensured that the wealthy elite remain at the top as they have designed a system in which they cannot lose.
The American stock market is a sham that only serves to further perpetuate the status quo of keeping the rich rich and everyone else hungry. This realization has lead me to believe that the American dream is dead. There is no freedom. We are ruled by an elite class of wealthy individuals who use their influence to ensure they remain in power. Theyve killed the middle class by driving respectable businesses into bankruptcy.
The fact that I have to even write this is ludicrous. The founding fathers would be disgusted by how this country has ended up.
If this is more political theatre, then I fear for the safety of your once great nation. Please heed this warning the working class has had enough. End the corruption that fuels this slaughter of our working class.
