I am writing this email to comment on my support for passing this rule and bringing more transparency to the US stock market that currently hides in Dark Pool and utilizes PFOF to price gouge investors. There needs to be fairness in the market for each trader. Enforcement of SEC rules needs improvement and higher fines to fit the crime. Citadel should not benefit from a mutually exclusive PFOF system. This is a comment standing up for household investors.
